Come enjoy a yoga session on beautiful Englewood Beach. "Loving Light Yoga" puts on a one (1) hour session, everyday (holidays too).

Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.

What better way feel the positive energy of yoga while with the energy of others on the beach.

Everyone meets on the "right side" or the "north side" of Englewood Beach. $5 donations are accepted.to help pay the monthly fee to Charlotte County (which gives them vendor status).
